FORGET MONDAYS

That is what you will probably do after a few weeks with us. We want to make sure we will have good memories of the hours, days and years spent at work so we took a few decisions and we are pretty sure you will agree with us:

• Good ideas don’t happen inside a lonely cubicle so we built a playful office and we expect you not to spend too much time alone at your desk. A shared playlist is better than the noise of the printing machines.
• Know what you are doing and be responsible. Years and years of research just confirmed what we already knew: happiness and productivity raise when you are in control of your work. With great power comes great responsibility.
• Being a good designer is not enough here, you also need to be nice. And titles are just titles, we all have them but we are not limited by those.
• We want you to work hard, but only during the normal working hours. We want your family and friends to love us too.
