The goal of the technology and systems consulting is to objectively assess the customer's need for software and information system development. We implement systems surveys and inspections to assess the systems present status, test their capacity and the level of data security and reliability. We carry out information system audits in order to develop processes and working methods, architecture, implementation and documentation, as well as application code.
We also act as the customers' representative and support when they select technology and products, prepare quality norms for ICT procurement, acquire products and services, as well as in supervising information system implementation, adoption and production monitoring.

In the requirement specification of a system the needs and technical demands of the customer's business operations are outlined together with the system's users, the customer's ICT personnel and the management. A requirement specification typically includes the following stages: assessment of present state; description of target state, description of business processes; operational and non-operational requirements as well as their relations and dependencies; prioritization of requirements.
