Base Prospectus
Finland's Financial Supervisory Authority has, on 14 May 2010, approved the base prospectus of Ixonos Plc, which contains information about the company, its business operations and its financial standing. The base prospectus is valid for 12 months after its publication.
The base prospectus is available from 14 May 2010, throughout its validity, in electronic form on the company's website. The base prospectus has not been printed, but Finnish printouts are available at the company's head office at Ixonos Plc, Hitsaajankatu 24, 00810 Helsinki, Finland. The base prospectus has been published only in Finnish; it is not available in other languages.
