ISO 9001:2000 certificate

During year 2003, Ixonos has modified its quality system to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. The certification was granted by Det Norske Veritas.

During year 2006, Ixonos continued to develop its quality management functions, and the service production processes were included in the quality management work. As laid down in the plan, internal audits were performed and the Det Norske Veritas carried out an external audit. Also, some major customers audited the operations of Ixonos in order to ensure that our services meet high standards.

The way Ixonos operates is described in the quality management system as processes in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. These processes are: Leadership, Sales, Delivery of Services and Development of Staff Skills.
