COSS - THE FINNISH CENTRE FOR OPEN SOURCE SOLUTIONS
COSS - the Finnish Centre for Open Source Solutions - is a national development agency for the open source business ecosystem. COSS promotes the development and adoption of managed and sustainable open source solutions in various industries. COSS provides its members with high-quality business and competence development services and represents an emerging business community. The objective of COSS is to strengthen the competitiveness of Finland's software-intensive industries, promote the growth and internationalization of open source businesses, and catalyze the development of the Finnish information society with the support of open source technologies and communities.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION FINLAND (PMAF)
Project Management Association Finland (PMAF) is a national organization which promotes project-oriented thinking, good project practices and experiences, and interaction between project professionals. It is an active partner in the international project management community.
The association organizes an annual event, "Projektipäivät", in November, and offers its members the International Project Management Association's (IPMA) 4-level certification.

Ixonos Plc is a corporate member of PMAF and, in addition, employs ca. 100 individual members of PMAF. Individual members are mostly project managers or persons professionally interested in project management.
Ixonos' Jouko Vaskimo is on the PMAF board of directors and also acts as the chairman of the Finnish IPMA certification body FinCert.
