Ixonos and Fonecta have agreed to transfer Kontaktikone, Fonecta’s well-known customer relationship marketing service, into Ixonos’ cloud. Ixonos will take over the technical operations, delivering the Kontaktikone service to Fonecta’s end customers, and will also handle system maintenance and further development. With the agreement, Fonecta’s team of technical specialists responsible for the Kontaktikone service became Ixonos employees. This is not the first time Fonecta uses Ixonos’ cloud service to integrate its online services.
