Ixonos and Nemko have agreed on a co-operation model that offers manufacturers of wireless devices R&D support and global market access as a convenient, one-stop service.
The collaboration provides customers with a novel service package combining, on the one hand, the deep technological competence and extensive testing capabilities Ixonos holds regarding wireless devices and, on the other hand, Nemko’s global testing and certification services. This enables substantial savings and significant reductions in time to market for new device R&D.
Ixonos’ next-generation smartphone design unit, Device Creation Centre, provides international device manufacturers and telecom operators with comprehensive R&D services for mobile devices. These services cover mechanical engineering, electronics design and software development. A state-of-the-art testing laboratory operating in Jyväskylä, Finland, in connection with the Device Creation Centre, offers a complete range of services in RF testing, electronics testing, reliability testing, mechanical testing and protocol testing.
