Ixonos participates in the e-Services and e-Business conference organized in Rantapuisto in Helsinki on 12 October 2010. It is a yearly event for decision makers and professionals working in e-services and e-business projects organized by Management Events.
Ixonos will be discussing the digitalization of service processes and channels as well as the usability of electronic services at the event. Ixonos’ Jari Kekkonen, Director, Products and Services, will give a presentation with the topic of ‘Towards new kinds of customer experiences with digitalization of services’. The event is held in Finnish.
