The Financial Supervisory Authority has approved Ixonos’ base prospectus

Finland’s Financial Supervisory Authority has approved, on 6 April 2009, the base prospectus of Ixonos Plc. Base prospectuses are prescribed in Finland’s Securities Markets Act (495/1989). Ixonos Plc’s base prospectus contains information on the company, on its business operations and on its financial standing. The base prospectus is valid for 12 months after its publication.

The base prospectus is available from 7 April 2009, throughout its validity, in electronic form in the Investors section on the company’s website. The base prospectus has not been printed up, but printouts are available at the company’s head office: Ixonos Plc, Hitsaajankatu 24, 00810 Helsinki, Finland. The base prospectus has been published only in Finnish; it is not available in other languages.
